Do I get exclusivity in my area?

Yes. Every tier comes with a dedicated zone. No other VDG dealer, franchisee, or master franchisee is placed inside your assigned territory.

What is the difference between a Dealer, a Franchisee, and a Master Franchisee?

A Dealer runs a showroom in a city zone with full VDG support. A Franchisee gets everything a Dealer gets plus their own dedicated service center, a larger zone, and higher margins. A Master Franchisee gets everything a Franchisee gets plus a regional zone (one or two cities), the authority to create their own franchisees and dealers, and legal and CA support.

How does the warranty process work for my customers?

Customers can register and track a warranty claim directly from their own phone. No paperwork visits are required on their end; your service center or the nearest VDG service point handles the rest.

Will my store be listed online?

Yes. Every partner is listed on the vdmotors.in store locator and the customer app, along with your storefront branding, banners, and posters.

Is there a recurring franchise fee?

No ongoing franchise fee. Your one-time investment covers territory rights, your dedicated software access, and (for Franchisee and Master Franchisee) your service center setup.

Can a Master Franchisee really create their own dealers?

Yes. Master Franchisees can recruit, approve, and manage their own Franchisees and Dealers inside their regional zone, and earn across that entire network.

What support do I get after launching?

A dedicated calling and lead setup, ongoing marketing support, on-time parts and branding materials, and your management software from day one. Franchisees and Master Franchisees also get a dedicated service center.
