Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website vdmotors.in or the VDM EV mobile application operated by VDG Motors EV Private Limited (CIN: U29304DC2026PTC472459). By placing an order, creating an account, or browsing our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Vehicle prices shown are ex-showroom Delhi. Delivery charges, registration fees, and insurance are additional.
- VDG Motors EV charges a 2% payment gateway convenience fee on Razorpay transactions. This fee is displayed at checkout.
2. Pre-Bookings
- Pre-booking amount: ₹10,000 (Electric Scooters & Bikes) or ₹50,000 (Thunder and JWP Jeep).
- Pre-booking amounts are applied towards the final purchase price.
- Pre-booking amounts are non-refundable unless VDG Motors EV is unable to fulfil the pre-booked order.
3. Delivery
- Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery.
- Please inspect Products at the time of delivery. Report any visible damage within 24 hours of receipt.
4. WhatsApp Business Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated messages from VDG Motors EV via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is the property of VDG Motors EV or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
