1. Eligibility for Refund
- Order cancelled within the cancellation window.
- Wrong item delivered — reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
- Damaged item delivered — reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
- Non-delivery within 30 days of confirmed dispatch date.
- Pre-booking: VDG Motors EV is unable to deliver within 6 months of announced delivery date.
- Duplicate payment or failed payment debited.
2. Non-Refundable
- Orders cancelled after the cancellation window.
- Pre-booking amounts cancelled after 7 days of booking.
- Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Payment gateway convenience fees (2% of transaction value).
3. Refund Process
- Email support@vdmotors.in with order number and supporting photos/video.
- Our team will review within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
