1. Warranty Coverage

2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Battery capacity degradation below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period.
- Motor failure under normal operating conditions.
3. What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, seat, paint fading).
- Damage from using non-approved chargers or spare parts.
- Vehicles serviced by unauthorised service centres.
- Battery damage from overcharging, deep discharge, or water exposure.
4. Extended Warranty
Extended warranty can be purchased through your Customer Dashboard → Warranty → Extend Warranty. Payment via Razorpay. Extension takes effect immediately upon payment.
5. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
- Login → My Account → Warranty → Raise Warranty Claim
- Describe the issue and upload photos/videos.
- Our team will review within 3 business days and arrange pickup or replacement.
