1. Cancellation Window
- Orders for spare parts, accessories, and chargers may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Vehicle orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement, provided the order has not entered dispatch.
- Once an order is marked “Dispatched”, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Pre-Booking Cancellations
- Pre-bookings may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of booking for a full refund.
- After 7 days, pre-booking amounts are non-refundable.
- If VDG Motors EV is unable to deliver within 6 months of the announced delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. How to Cancel
- Log in → My Orders → “Cancel Order”
- Or email support@vdmotors.in with your order number.
4. Refund After Cancellation
Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
