Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell capacity failure. Valid from date of original purchase invoice. 1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty: Battery replaced free of charge if capacity falls below 80% within 2 years under normal use. 2. 1-Year Extended Warranty: Available for purchase within 30 days of standard warranty expiry. 3. Warranty void if: physically damaged, submerged, modified, or charged with non-VD charger. 4. Normal capacity degradation up to 20% over warranty period is not covered. 5. Proof of purchase and vehicle registration required for claims. 6. Return to authorized VD Motors service centre for inspection. 7. VD Motors reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide equivalent credit.

Thermal guidelines for optimal VDG FORCE performance: 1. Optimal charging: 10°C to 40°C ambient temperature. 2. Optimal discharge: -10°C to 55°C. 3. Post-ride cool-down: 15–20 minutes before charging after extended riding. 4. Avoid charging in direct sunlight or poorly ventilated spaces. 5. Summer: battery surface above 50°C triggers BMS protection (power reduced automatically). 6. Winter below 5°C: expect 10–15% reduced range during warm-up phase (first 3–5 minutes). 7. Storage >2 weeks: keep at 40–60% charge in cool, dry area. 8. Abnormal heat, swelling, or smell: stop immediately and contact support.

The VDG FORCE 30 performs best for: • Urban + semi-urban mixed commuting: 25–60 km daily routes • Riders upgrading from 48V systems who want noticeably more torque • Mixed load riding: occasional double-rider or luggage trips • Delivery professionals covering moderate distances with frequent stops • Riders using 1200W motor vehicles who want the most economical FORCE option Not recommended for: modified vehicles >1200W, racing/off-road competition.

1. Use provided VDG charger (67.2V / 6A) or VD-approved replacement only. 2. Standard 5-amp 3-pin socket. No special wiring needed. 3. Full charge time: approximately 5 hours from empty. 4. Charge in dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight. 5. Maximum charge duration: 14 hours. 6. Daily: charge to 80–90% for extended cell life. 7. Storage >1 month: maintain 50% charge, inspect every 3 months. 8. Charge when indicator shows 15% or lower.
