Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell capacity failure. Valid from date of original purchase invoice. 1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty: Battery replaced if capacity falls below 80% within 2 years. 2. 1-Year Extended Warranty: Available within 30 days of standard warranty expiry. 3. Warranty void if: physically damaged, submerged, modified, or charged with non-VD charger. 4. Normal degradation up to 20% is not covered. 5. Proof of purchase required. 6. Return to authorized service centre. 7. VD Motors may repair, replace, or provide equivalent credit.

Thermal guidelines: 1. Charge at 10°C–40°C ambient. 2. Discharge at -10°C–55°C. 3. 15–20 min cool-down after long rides before charging. 4. Never charge in direct sunlight. 5. BMS thermal protection activates above 50°C surface temp. 6. Cold start below 5°C: slight range reduction for first few minutes. 7. Store at 40–60% charge in cool, dry area if not using >2 weeks. 8. Abnormal heat or swelling: stop use immediately.

1. Use provided VDG charger (67.2V / 6A) only. 2. Standard 5-amp socket. No special installation. 3. Full charge time: approximately 6 hours. 4. Dry, ventilated charging area required. 5. Maximum 14 hours continuous charge. 6. Daily: 80–90% charge recommended. 7. Storage: 50% charge, check every 3 months. 8. Charge at 15% or lower indicator.
