Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell capacity failure. Valid from date of original purchase invoice. 1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty: Battery replaced if capacity falls below 80% within 2 years of purchase under normal use. 2. 1-Year Extended Warranty: Available for purchase within 30 days of standard warranty expiry. 3. Warranty void if: physically damaged, submerged in water, unauthorized modification, or non-VD approved charger used. 4. Normal capacity degradation up to 20% not covered. 5. Valid proof of purchase and vehicle registration required for all claims. 6. Battery must be inspected at authorized VD Motors service centre. 7. VD Motors may repair, replace, or provide equivalent credit at its sole discretion.

TITAN series thermal guidelines (72V high-voltage system): 1. Optimal charging temperature: 10°C to 40°C. Critical: do not fast-charge below 5°C. 2. Optimal discharge range: -10°C to 55°C. 3. Cool-down mandatory: always wait 20 minutes after hard riding or heavy load before charging. 4. High ambient temperature caution: above 40°C ambient, reduce charging speed by using a lower-amp charger if available. The standard 84V/6A charger generates more heat at high temperatures. 5. Summer riding: keep the battery ventilated. Avoid parking in enclosed metal spaces (garage, car boot) in peak afternoon heat. 6. BMS thermal protection: if battery surface exceeds 55°C, the BMS will reduce power output automatically. This is a safety feature, not a fault. 7. Winter: in temperatures below 0°C, pre-warm the battery with a 15-minute gentle ride before demanding full performance. 8. Any swelling, electrolyte smell, or abnormal heat: stop riding immediately and contact VD Motors emergency support.

The VDG TITAN 30 performs best for: • Performance-focused urban commuters: want maximum acceleration and power from 1200W vehicles • Semi-urban and mixed-road riders: 40–70 km daily with confidence in reserve • Riders upgrading from 60V who want the step-change in performance • Early-adopter TITAN users who want to experience the platform before committing to higher capacity Note: TITAN series is exclusively for 1200W BLDC motor vehicles. Do not use with 1000W motors.

1. Use provided VDG 84V/6A charger or VD-approved 72V charger only. Never use a 48V or 60V charger. 2. Standard 5-amp socket is sufficient. No special wiring required. 3. Full charge from empty: approximately 5 hours. 4. Charge in a well-ventilated, dry area. The 84V charger generates more heat than lower-voltage chargers — ensure airflow. 5. Maximum charge duration: 14 hours. 6. Daily recommendation: charge to 80–90% for optimal cycle life. 7. Storage: maintain 50% charge if unused for more than 2 weeks. 8. Charge when indicator shows 15% or lower. Avoid deep discharge.
