Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell capacity failure. Valid from date of original purchase invoice. 1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty: Full battery replacement if capacity falls below 80% within 2 years. 2. 1-Year Extended Warranty: Available within 30 days of standard warranty expiry. Recommended for commercial/fleet use. 3. Warranty void if: physically damaged, submerged, modified, or wrong charger used. 4. Normal degradation up to 20% over warranty period is not covered. 5. Proof of purchase and vehicle registration required for all claims. 6. Authorized service centre inspection mandatory for claims. 7. VD Motors may repair, replace, or provide equivalent credit.

TITAN 45 (3.24 kWh) thermal management — most critical in the lineup: 1. Charge at 10°C–40°C ambient only. This is the largest battery in the VDG range — thermal management is essential. 2. Discharge: -10°C to 55°C. 3. Mandatory cool-down: 20–30 minutes after extended high-speed or maximum-load riding before charging. 4. Ventilation critical: charging a 3.24 kWh battery generates significant heat. Always charge in open, ventilated spaces. Do not charge inside a small room or enclosed garage without airflow. 5. BMS protection at 55°C surface: power automatically reduces. Do not override or disable BMS. 6. Summer peak hours: avoid charging between 12pm–4pm in direct outdoor sun if ambient exceeds 42°C. 7. Winter below 0°C: mandatory 15-minute warm-up ride before demanding full performance. 8. Emergency: any swelling, hiss, electrolyte smell — move vehicle away from flammable materials and contact VD Motors immediately.

1. Use provided VDG 84V/6A charger only — no exceptions. Incorrect charger will void warranty. 2. Standard 5-amp 3-pin socket required. 3. Full charge time: approximately 7.5 hours from empty. 4. Ventilated, open-air charging strongly recommended for this capacity. 5. Do not exceed 14 hours on charge. 6. Daily: charging to 80–90% significantly extends cell cycle life over time. 7. Storage over 1 month: maintain 50% charge. Inspect and top up every 3 months. 8. Never discharge below 10%. Charge as soon as indicator shows 15% or lower.
