Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell capacity failure. Valid from date of original purchase invoice. 1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty: Battery replaced if capacity drops below 80% within 2 years. 2. 1-Year Extended Warranty: Available within 30 days of standard warranty expiry. 3. Warranty void if: physically damaged, submerged, modified, or wrong charger used. 4. Normal degradation up to 20% not covered. 5. Proof of purchase required. 6. Inspection at authorized service centre required. 7. VD Motors may repair, replace, or provide equivalent credit.

TITAN 72V thermal guidelines: 1. Charge between 10°C and 40°C ambient. 2. Discharge safely between -10°C and 55°C. 3. Post-ride wait: 20 minutes before charging after sustained high-speed or heavy-load riding. 4. Ventilation is essential: the 84V/6A charger produces heat — charge in open or well-ventilated spaces. 5. BMS thermal protection above 55°C: power automatically reduced. Normal safety function. 6. Winter below 0°C: warm up with a gentle 15-minute ride before demanding peak performance. 7. Storage: 40–60% charge in a cool, dry area if unused for >2 weeks. 8. Emergency: swelling or electrolyte smell — stop immediately.

1. Use provided VDG 84V/6A charger only. Never substitute with a lower-voltage charger. 2. Standard 5-amp socket required. 3. Full charge time: approximately 6 hours. 4. Ventilated, dry charging environment. 5. Maximum 14 hours on charge. 6. Daily: charge to 80–90% for best cycle life. 7. Storage >2 weeks: 50% charge, inspect quarterly. 8. Charge when at 15% or lower.
